169.5 myself today (pounds, not kilos!!! ). Since I was actually 171.5 to start, that's 2 lbs lost - not much, but I've been off my diet this week (Xmas dinners and the like) and can honestly say I do look better, firmer and less bloated, than when we started.
Still, I'm a bit frustrated, and will return to keeping my daily food log and push to increase my fruits and veggies. We leave tomorrow for snowboarding, but when we return, I will also resume those new workouts with the Firm videotapes (I did the upper body workout Friday).
