I was out of town last week (not far away), and even when faced with lots of junk food on buffets, I opted for healthy nearly all the time. I was really proud of myself. I ate somewhat more than normal, but I also walked and was on my feet a lot.
I am bloated from that time of the month, but I weighed in at 167 today (maybe closer to 166). I haven't been in the 160's since my 20's, so it's pretty cool. I feel very in-control of my health, I've been making changes for 2 1/2 years now, and am happy with the results.
