Okay, shall we all just ignore our scales this morning? Mine shows me back to my starting weight! Although I'll admit to missing a few days walking due to hip pain, and a bit of social eating over the weekend, I also know there is NO WAY that I ate 16,000 excess calories over the last week!!! So I trust that things will look better at next week's weigh-in, if I just recommit today to my diet and exercise plan.
