I did pretty well over Thanksgiving, and took a walk after dinner (on the beach) to work some calories off. I ate more turkey than sides, since it is so much healthier.
The scale did show a tiny bit of an uptick - by a pound, but I didn't eat that much, so I expect it will be back to 169 in the next day or so. I went for a little longer walk this morning, with a few spurts of jogging. I will have a great opportunity for walking/exercise for about a week coming up later this week - I expect to give my metabolism a boost during that time, and I'm looking forward to it.
