I'm dropping in for the weekly weigh-in. I am down to 67 kilos, just. My scales are a little temperamental and go up and down even while you are standing on them!
I do feel a little suppler too.
And what about the rest of you all?

Well, I knew you'd ask, so I did weigh myself this a.m. Still, I was prepared for the worst, because I am about to start my period, and usually retain water, so I was not too surprised (although disappointed!) to see that the scale had not budged a bit.
This despite a good minimum 1 hour workout every day, and really good diet control keeping to around 1600 very healthy calories a day all week.
I'll have to trust that it will show up on the scale next week, once this premenstrual bloat is gone, but I also better get my thyroid levels checked sometime this week, just to make sure that's not out of whack again.
I am trying to lose more weight (by bumping down my calories on most days to about 1800) and making sure I continue my exercise program. It is okay if the scale doesn't always move - no matter what, the most important thing is to be healthier. My cholesterol is good, my blood pressure is great, I am really pretty fit.
But I'd still like to get rid of the extra 35 or so pounds. (to make it close to 100 pounds total lost)
Just got off my treadmill, did my 4 miles today. I did 2 miles Saturday and planned to do arm weights, but skipped them because my elbows were still a little sore from the previous set. Yesterday I took an off day. I think I'll do arm weights later today - my triceps need some work if I'm going to be in shape for snowboarding season.
BTW - did I mention S18 was home this weekend? Great seeing him (although he and S13 bickered, and H had to spend half our dinner out telling S18 not to talk so loud - it's true, S does talk kind of loud, like me, but I find H's constant chiding of him more disruptive!).
And S18 has written 30,000 words so far in Nanowrimo!
I usually do at least a 20 minute walk in the morning, and then I do other exercising later in the day. Yesterday I did both upper and lower strength exercising (I am starting to do those on the same day instead of alternating, 2 -3 times a week). Today I'll likely do the elliptical later, or walk again. Maybe both.
Did 4 miles on treadmill yesterday. Did leg weight training this a.m., will do 2 miles on the treadmill later today (have to take D15 to orthodontist first).
I am finding that I really enjoy my tea with cinnamon, and maybe it's just psychological, but it does seem like it helps with my cravings (I'm drinking Honey Vanilla Chamomile from Celestial Seasonings).
Did I mention S13 brought home a really good midterm report card? All A's except one B+. This is his first semester trying meds for his ADD. Frankly, he says they don't do anything for him, and I don't see a difference at home, but something is different this semester, whatever it is, I'll take it!
Monday is weigh and report day? Yikes! That wasn't so good, same reasons as you kml, but Tuesday was a better scale day. Lack of eating mostly, although I did try to stay more active over the weekend.
Live your life while you are still living. Riding the trail less traveled.
I love cinnamon in anything, and it's sort of dessert-y tasting (having my smoothie is like having dessert, but so healthy - and with cinnamon and nutmeg).
I don't worry about cravings as much, I just allow myself some chocolate every day. I just make sure that there is a lot more healthy instead of unhealthy going into my body.
My D is basically just a lovely child, but her acting out is quite distressing these days. Got to remember, this would likely be happening even if H and I were together.
I have dropped in to pin down my, um, measurements -
