Well, can't you use the scale when D is away... or is she at home all the time now, with her home programme? What about in the morning.. when she's still in bed...

I don't get on my scales in front of D10 either. I noticed that she seemed figure consious from about two years ago, in a mild way. She is absolutely gorgeous, and many in her class are somewhat tubbier and fleshier than her, and a couple are officially on diets, ordered by the doctor and complied with by the parents. I would have thought there would be more low key ways to get children to take off extra pounds, like just making sure the home cooked meals are ultra healthy, without mentioning the word diet.

So, what about some goals again? I really need to haul myself out of my rut. I could do with losing about ten kilos, or twenty pounds too!

Would losing that amount by the New Year be too drastic?
