Hi to my BB friends...haven't had much time to spend here ( although I am following along) as my father is very sick and in the hospital. It's been a hard time and the sex issue is really a non-issue at this point ( both H and I feel LD...my father was really like a father to him ). H, my brother and family have been great support and there's good emotional connection all around. My mother has shown incredible strength and growth and we have moved closer, which sends the hopeful message that change is always possible.
Thinking of you all here... Corri, you sound like you finally have some peace of mind and have a chance now to get back to your wonderful self. May the future hold bright things for you.
I will update when I can. If I sound like a downer I am really doing okay...having a party for D13's b-day tonite and otherwise carrying on with the activities of the day. To my religious pals here, prayers are indeed welcome.
Journey, Keep me posted on your father's progress. Having a parent sick in the hospital is really a trying experience. I'll pray for him and for you too.
