Hairdog, my heart goes out to you... those withdrawal side effects are MURDER! I had them (different ones from yours) when I was coming off paxil. I remember going out with a friend and just walking around and around the block trying to fight off the mental stuff, the anxiety, the shakes... it was awful.
I would like to slap your W! My God, I wonder if you were being wheeled into surgery (God forbid!) she would stop the gurney and insist on having a R convo right there in the hallway!! She seems to become aroused when you're down, suffering, feeling bad, feeling kicked and abused... and then she abuses you some more... and THAT gets her going. Right now, you've got to take care of yourself.
For me the withdrawal lasted for about a month... I don't remember exactly. If you google on it, you may find some tricks to make it more tolerable. My doc actually put me on Wellbutrin for a while to help with the paxil withdrawal. I'm SO sorry you're going through it.
