The dream book is half way done. I would have finished it already but I've been bogged down. I am considering selling it as an e-book to start with to see if it sells.

Tapestry is a sign of luxourious living to come, either your way or hers - more affluent circumstances, unless the picture was worn or ugly in some way, in which case that is the reverse.
Fountain is very good luck, symbolising a happy life, unless there was no water coming out of it, in which case it symbolises a transition point in your life, moving from one phase to the next.
The pregnancy dream could mean just that, pregnancy. I dreamt my friend was pregnant recently and 3 weeks later I found out she was. So it can be prophetic. But it is also symbolic of changes and transformations in your XW. Like a cattapillar changing into a butterfly, your XW is changing in some way. It could also mean that she will 'give birth' to a new project, new idea, new phase of life, that she is pregnant with possibility, and not just literally a baby.
Also, she may be feeling that she's getting older and her biological clock is ticking. Some women change their minds about no children at this age. My friend who is pregnant is 42. OR you may be subconsciously wishing you'd had a child with her.
