Well it's either prophetic (telepathic), in that maybe her OM isn't sleeping with her all that much so that is what she is really thinking (this happens to me a lot, I dream of stuff that he actually ends up saying or I later find out is true).
The other explanation is that it's a healing dream - you're dreaming that she isn't happy etc either for unconscious 'revenge' or because you don't want her to be with OM. I mean, let's face it, everyone feels sick thinking of their spouse with another person!
