You and my wife both, Chrissy. She loves pumpkin anything...and right now is about the time of year she'll be raiding the specialty stores, looking for a supply of pumpkin butter to carry her over 'till next year. I've never seen pumpkin ravioli, and I don't think she has either, but I'd lay even money she'd like it if she ever had any.
