Get the book called "Divorce Remedy"...it should be at your public library...I too found out my H had someone else...only thing was, they had sex too. Thus far, I am in same boat as you so can't offer much advise other than read all you can about how men express affection vs. how women express affection (Men Are From Mars, Women From Venus is a good book)...and read up on Mid Life Crisis, cause she may be there too...hope this helps...will watch your postings to see if I can offer more help to you.
