Look in the provider directory and go to the primary care section and pick one close to home. That's what I did. Not the best method for finding a good doctor, or one who shares my philosophy, but you gotta start somewhere. Another option is to ask your friends and family who they go to and call that person and see if they are taking new patients. With the exception of this last year, I don't go to the doctor much myself. But if my spouse kicked me outta bed, you can bet I'd be knocking on their door!
