I don't know about wise but I am street smart I have a 99 Kawasaki Vulcan Classic 1500cc. It's a cruiser model. Looks like a Harley but rides nicer with better millage and less engine problems. Don't get me wrong, I love Harleys. This is my first Bike though except a little 450 I had back in 83. I bought it from one of the other Firefighters and it is in excellent shape with low miles. I am very happy with it
