The library have asked to read my book as they are considering it for submission to Nottingham City Library, so that's quite exciting!

I made a couple of big orders for leaflets and things so I banked a load of money and paid the graphic designer for my 'vaccination' book cover design - he's going to use a portrait of me, Andy and the kids all together, against a backdrop of germs and viruses. I hope Andy doesn't think I am implying he is a germ!

One of my direct debits on the credit card didn't go through and I thought it had been paid and it wasn't so they're fining me �150 this month, for their flippin' mistake! Ouch, - I am going to be in the overdraft for the rest of the month because of that and somehow I have to come up with the money to pay for my Christmas holiday, by mid-October. I think I will ask them to give me 2 weeks extra time to pay, because of this fine.

Got Andy's and DD3's birthday coming up too (DD3 will be 6 on the 4th October and Andy Pandy will be 31 on 9th October). I ordered DD3's present from a catalogue since I can't afford one from the shops - ordered lots of children's plastic jewellery as she loves that stuff, and fake nails!

Ordered that Celtic Cross Andy said he wanted (so that means no hair cut for me until November, LOL) - it's silver like he asked for, and I am engraving it with 'love Jo' on the back. It's being shipped directly from Ireland, so he had better bloody well like it And even if we split up yet again, I am going to force him to wear it forever
