Morning All,

Thanks for the feedback on the goals, I will say a lot of 'grief' went into those! Ended up spending most of the past couple of days working on my goals and not accomplishing any of them! I did sit and break them down even further last nite to focus on those which are most important and need to be daily activities. ie: working out/healthy living, job issue settled, cleaning house. and the secondary ones that can be worked into things later: ie: calling relatives, visiting.

I feel so guilty over turning this focus onto 'me'. But I keep telling myself, when I am more complete and content, everyone around me also benefits!

And yes Hope, about 3-5 more hours in the day would be nice! with all my daily activities that I have now, I wonder how I am going to find the time to 'work' and keep up w/all this.
