yes, Jo, he is. and that's what he's on w/the cf/gf diet. Casein Free/Gluten Free - means nothing w/the milk protein (includes milk, whey products, etc.) and nothing w/the wheat protein (which is used in most everything as a binding agent.) The dairy was removed when he was 3 and the wheat when he was 7. Tried that a few times before that but never had any success since wheat can be so addicting.
I have heard something about the breast milk. It's amazing how many different remedies are out there now that this is becoming so epidemic; but I will look into it again. This detox I just started a couple of weeks ago, and was expecting a few days of behavior problems or some ill effects. Instead, he has been in such a delightful mood and has me laughing most days.
