T, your son has autism? I do stuff surrounding this kind of issue for my career.
Have you cut milk out of his diet? Most autistic children improve a bit after being put on lactose free diets. Milk is actually very bad for human (well, cows milk is, anyway). I wrote a book on the subject.
Also, this is going to sound crazy, but older siblings with autism have been found to recover when drinking expressed breast milk (you know, if they have a baby sibling who is breast feeding at the time) - I could find you some info on it if you want, because you could see if there were any breast milk banks where you could get donated milk and see if that detoxs him.
My DD4 has only just stopped drinking mine direct from the mommy and she's over 3 years now!
