Wow this thread is really attacking that wife. Someone actually suggesting that he might need a divorce! You've got to be kidding! Then when the poster comments that his wife wants more love to go along with the sex, you guys jump all over her again.

This is not helpful to this guy who came here and tried to get some help. He loves his wife and is looking for a way to save his marriage.

Besides - maybe it's not her - maybe he's just not ringing her bell! Sorry I couldn't resist!

mastateflower,

I'm sure your are referring to CeMar's post that mentioned the big "D"....if you've read many of his posts you'll realize they need to be taken with a grain of salt. Occasionally CeMar will say something helpful, but all too often his posts are colored with pain, anger, and resentment...he's hurting and his posts reflect that.

Another, hurting resentful guy weighing in here. Keep after it and don't allow this to be put on the back burner other wise in 15, 20, 25 years you will become a hurt and resentfull husband that looks back on your marrige with sadness rather than with joy and happeness. It's too easy to repress your needs. My helpful advice is keep the open communication going and make sure that both of your keep working on your R. What ever you do avoid the LONG TERM pain, endure the short term pain to get this right between you.
