I'm making your eggplant recipe today. We had a bumper crop of eggplant in the garden, so I went out and stood in a fire ant bed and picked a couple, and they're marinating now. I'll be grilling them around 7 pm. Got some spare ribs in the oven, too-- yum! (Boy do I treat that man of mine right! )
This is good news. The convo you describe at the start of the post really shows that she is letting her guard down. You also had a fine "nap". I couldn't have shown such constraint.
What I kept thinking was, "Dang, it's been so very long since she has touched me like this. It sure feels good. Well, I better start touching her...no...wait. That's what I USUALLY do. She always complains that we never cuddle without me wanting sex. Darned if I'm gonna ruin this wonderful moment by pushing for sex. In fact, I really DESERVE to get touched like this by her."
I kept on having to resist the urge to start focusing my attention on her.
But it was definitely worth it.
