Dodger - There used to be a woman here who did just that very thing with her H. They'd been separated 18 months and he was still on the fence. She started making it APPEAR she was dating (she wasn't) by arranging to have a male friend (unknown to H) call while she knew H would be there. She planned to go out of town for a weekend and had to drop off something to H first - made sure he saw her suitcase and a very dressy evening dress on a hanger in the trunk of her car. Had flowers sent to herself with a card signed by a guy. It worked for her - H came racing back.
