Well, VERY good job with the inches. That matters a LOT. Have you ever tried Crunch fitness tapes? VERY tough, but you could start with doing a minute or two - without the steps - and then just walk in place while you watch the next few minutes. Set goals. I only mention it because it incorporates weights into the cardio - time saver - and the muscle will burn more fat - sounds like you are already building muscle. I find them excellent for weight loss. And who cares if you do one minute, then do a walking tape? Next week, try two minutes. Whatever. Sounds like you are making a true commitment. You deserve it!
