I've been doing weight watchers and some walking/aerobics tape, and have been going to curves. I've lost like 18 inches, but not much pound wise. I think maybe I need more intensive strength training, so am hoping I can get that going soon. Thanks for the tip about exercising 1st thing, I will give that a try...I've been thinking I need to do an aerobics tape 1st thing in the am, but putting it off...
