Deb, my heart goes out to you. I know how you feel. My H was acting strange again recently - more on that in my post when we get to it... anyway, your H is really a tough nut to crack. I give you credit for sticking with it this long.
What have you been doing to lose wt? Is it Wt Watchers and walking only? Try weights and exercising first thing in the a.m. before eating. I have been doing a tough work out at the gym - finally losing wt and it's been 8 wks. So frustrating. But when I started working out prior to eating, I began dropping lbs quickly. (Your glycogen stores in your muscles are depleted before you have breakfast, so the cardio you do goes right to burning your next source of fuel - fat...) Good luck!
