I'm not sure how much help I can be as I am kind of in the same boat. Found out about OW 6 weeks ago yesterday. My H is still home & says he's not seeing her anymore but I'm wondering too about things I'm doing & saying. Seems like everything I do or say wrong. One thing he seems to respond to is when I back off. When I stop calling him & paging him to make sure he is where he says he is, I've noticed he'll call me. If you are still obsessing, I have found that it is not good, for you or your M. I know it's easier said than done. I am still waiting for my DB books to come in the mail and hoping they will help.
