Friday night has been quite positive...H texted 3 times... He said that he can't wait to get back to %^$# me but the most positive was the third text. He said "And I am going to be the only one to see it, nor the butterfly!". This came about from my numerous sarcastic remark "Let's see who is the lucky guy that gets to see my little butterfly, after you leave". H called again Sat AM, still referencing to his text the night before. H called again this morning (Sunday)..and told me to wake him up later (Sunday AM his time). Don't ask me why he can't ask the hotel to provide the morning wake-up call or to set his own mobile phone. But I guessed, it's small baby steps that he is calling me. I am hopeful about all these small positives, but am still cautious. Don't want to be too over-optimistic. Don't want to scare him into retreat... I shall take one day at a time.
One good positive is that he told MIL that he would be back for S8's birthday party!
