Can't help u too much with the anniversary question since I'm in the same boat...our 2nd year marriage anniversary will be on Aug 30th, and I'll probably be in Canada.
NY's advice is good...evaluate your sitch and how H might see a comment like that. I certainly can't say anything near to that as we are in the stage of being physically separated. If i did it would probably come off sounding sarcastic " hey honey...it's been a great 2 years / 6 together..love glj ". Evaluating my stage something more appropriate would be... " it's been nice knowing you, good-bye and good luck!".
Hey i didn't even get a happy birthday wish from H...and that's not something as connected to an R like an anniversary....so when Aug 30th rolls around I'm saying nothing.
