Let me give you an idea. Sixers star Allen Iverson wears a rubberband around his wrist. Whenever he makes a mental mistake on the court, he reaches down and stretches it then lets it go so it snaps on his wrist. This pain helps him remember not to do it again.
When I was knee deep in the early stages of DBing, I was wearing one of those yellow "Livestrong" bracelets. I would think bad thoughts or say something non-DB to my W and I would yank that thing a let it go, WHACK!. It worked very well.
Now at 7-11, you can get all kinds of these wristbands for like $2.00 each. You can even get a red "Anaheim Angels" one if you want. Try it girl, I bet it helps you. If that doesn't work, I'll have to gather up some of our BBS friends, hunt you down in Lakewood and have some kind of intervention.
Bottom line Michelle, be strong, show your incredible strength when he's on the phone, when he's around, etc. It will pay off, you'll feel better about the BLONDEQT!!
