Since he works a lot M-TH he really will only feel my absence over his 3 day weekend. He'll probably do some fun things with the kids and my MIL will probably have them over for dinner and it won't end up being such a big deal.
I've already made arrangements to pay my daughter to be "mini-me" while I'm gone in terms of keeping up with the housework and a few things for my business. Though she objected to my use of the term "mini-me" since she's an inch taller than me.
