Welcome back, glad you had a good time. Sounds like you have just about had it with mrs HD. Good for you, growing the beard, but don't do it just to get to her. (hope you wouldn't do that)
Seems to me there comes a time when you just don't care what your spouse likes or not. I know in my case when I met H he used to say all kinds of nasty things about nail polish I would wear, unless it was anything but white or light pink. Well I got to that point also, couple years ago, now I wear whatever I want, because I like it. Anyway, welcome back dude.
