I sent my email off to ex b4 class today. I did add in about the money and asked for ideas on s's bday present. I'm hoping that will be a small step w/ex. He would always hand over the money and say go do the shopping and then would complain about what I bought. Now I will start involving him in it.
To end it, I signed the email w/an acronym that he may or may not understand. "we had fun this weekend, hope you did too. l/m u!" (love/miss you!) I know, cheesy sort of pursuit, but I just couldn't help it! And I am thinking that the next time he calls, I may just answer and be that cheesy, head-in-the-clouds person like when we first met.
Oh, the kids at school just loved me for bringing in some home made cookies. Snack time is at the end of the day too, so it was fun sending them home all loaded up on sugar! Actually since tomorrow is the last day of school, they are wound up tight anyways. Now, I have enjoyed myself so much the past couple of months, I want to go back again in the fall, but I also need to find some income for the summer. Just don't know how or what yet.
