Re the last, I don't want to get into the speed-is-everything - or even the orgasm-is-everything - frame of mind, since either may be a simplistic approach and can also lead to performance anxiety, but I figure sometimes a quicky can be a good part of the repertoire, and it should be fun for both of us.
