HP... I am happy you are getting some answers, finally. Let's hear what your ob/gyn says this time. I myself go to a female ob/gyn...I mean no disrespect to male ob/gyn's (I know there are many wonderful, compassionate ones), but it icks me out that of all the possible medical professions, they choose one where on a daily basis, they get to look you-know-where.

A friend of mine has it, and it causes periods from hell 4 or 5 times a year. Found this web site which points out that sex during and/or after can cause pain. Also it notes that the amount of endo doesn't determine the amount of pain.
The above mentioned friend takes Darvocet during the more difficult times. Avoid the recent nsaids such as Vioxx that are getting some bad press right now for "we shan't mention them in public" side effects.

My daughter LOVES Polly Pockets. My sis-in-law had endometriosis, had laser surgery, and hasn't had any trouble since. I'm sure they'll fix you up just fine. But, as with the others who have chimed in, I think it may be time to find a new ob/gyn.
I surely didn't want it to be something that is chronic and has no cure! It all makes sense though. I will make another appt with the doc and see what he thinks of the ct scan results.
Polly pockets...yeah, we don't have those in our home. They drive me nutz! Too many little parts to be constantly picking up. My kids are HERE all day so they would be strewn from one end of the house to the other and would present a mighty choking hazard for the wee babe. I tend to not buy toys that I can't stomach picking up all day, lol. However, she does love polly pockets so I included them in the list.
I struck out last night, despite inviting my H to check out the squeezy bits, which he did. He made a few 'mmm that's nice' noises but then wanted to go to sleep. Oh well, his loss. I will have to do better tonight, in terms of a seduction won't I!
