Oh DL, this cracked me up!

The de-turd was my favorite, as that is actually a word I might say in real life. I don't think I've ever even said the word "fart" out loud, let alone carry on about a buttosocopy. I'm a prude when it comes to potty humor, what can I say.

I am dreading the "clean out" phase tonight because that means I have to have hours of uninterrupted diarrhea, in his presence. It's bad enough to have it accidentally but all night long?? It's too much for a prude like me.

ah well, it will all be over tomorrow and I already cannot wait to eat. Today is nothing but broth and jello and I'm starving already, first thing in the morn. Nursing makes one ravenously hungry and it will take all of my energy today to not be a grouchy bear to my family.

Wish me luck!

HP...I hope all goes well tomorrow. I hope they will be able to tell you something about what seems to be ailing you. I know it is frustrating to be in pain and not feel well and not have a clue why. The colonoscopy didn't seem like to bad of a procedure. My husband had one like two years ago. They put him to sleep and when he woke upo he felt pretty good. He wasn't sick or groggy at all. In fact the first thing he said when we left is head for Subway.LOL He ordered a huge sub sandwich and ate the whole thing.

Dear HP,

(MrDoglover is an incurable punster and has always had a scatalogical sense of humor - I always thought the latter went along with the HD but I guess not.)

Well the prep is a pain in the ass and just plain sh***y.

Much of the cleanout may happen in the evening before bedtime (depending on how early you go to sleep) but you may lose some sleep over it too. Make sure to hydrate yourself asap afterwards to help your nursing. And look forward to a nap tomorrow afternoon and food!

good luck!!
Doglover

I wish I had some witty reparte to add to the butt end of these jokes, but, I got nothin'. I'm praying that your docs will find the answer to your medical mystery.
