Eyes,

I'm so glad you've found value in the book! I thought it was simply written but every so often I'd hit part of it and think "Ah! I'm so glad I read that!"

Things are good. Work is interesting. I'm also keeping in touch with a bunch of folks from the old job so that is nice. I'm looking forward to feeling more settled in the new place and more confident of what my goals are.

Home is good no thanks to me! I've been in moderate stress mode and definitely a bit full of myself. Simple case in point...I came home from work on Friday exhausted and instead of telling h what I wanted to do (order pizza in and sit with a beer on the back deck) I watched him go through gyrations. Why can't I tell him what I want most days when I'm feeling drained??? arrgh.

Anyway...he's fine, we're fine, I'm fine. Thank goodness for DB'ing and goodwill and doing what works. A movie, a hike, a bit of quality time spent together, a couple of acts of service and I'm feeling on top of things again.

I swear I'm gonna start reading DR again!!! When I get my act together I'll look for folks to join me.
