Hero? I don't think so. Villain, for sure! He used Diana, never really loved her and cheated on her. And that's sad. When they married in 1981, Diana was a mere child at 20, 10 or 12 years his junior. I don't think she knew what she was getting herself into. He ruined that poor girl's life as far as I'm concerned.
According to the BBC, he had he's eyes on Diana since she was 16. If he had acted on it then it would have been pedophilia! He was looking for a virgen in the 70's so I guess all the ones his own age in their late 20's early 30's weren't virgins and he needed to be looking at adolescent girls. Camilla back then wasn't one for sure and didn't qualify as marriage material. What kind of slut uses as an opening line "my great great grandmother was your great great grandfather's mistress, how about it?" Yuk. Then there are even rumors that the monrachy had Diana killed. Who knows about that. But think about it, this weekend's marriage may not have happened if Diana were still alive, and even so, it's still an uphill battle for Camilla to be accepted.
I for one wish the Queen as long a life as the Queen mother who died at 102, and perhaps Charles can be be skipped over in favor of Princess Diana's son Prince William.
As someone who had also was "in marriage with three people making it rather crowded" I think both Camilla and Charles are cads. Perhaps those two selfish people deserve one another. Can't wait to see it unravel, and when it does, they fully deserve it.
Wow mine is a pretty negative reaction! LOL Maybe their marriage this weekend as stirred up some old wounds for me, and that's why I'm getting such strong negative feelings.
