Took kids to a Birthday party at a bowling alley. Thety had a graet time. WAW came to it as well and we did the switch there. She bought up next sunday again, wanting me to cover kids so she could hok up with OM. I said I had plans to go ride. You know we spend so littel time with our kids and she wants to go away on one of the days she has with them suprises me. I did not say anything but show minute interest in the event she was going to do. I wanted to confirm to her I knew her "freind" was going to be going, I did not. I guess that would be DBing. I am tryin not to go to a bar right now that is why I came home to right this. I'm trying to convince myself to put my running shoes on and go run.
Need will power, of which I have none.

What If I run to Starbucks have a Grande, run back, meet fiend in from Calgary for supper.
I will try to do that.

At the party, I just wanted to hug my WAW. I played with kids and was nice(I think) to her.

I best get out of here a I will just be doing drinks at the bar.
