You truly are a miracle! Ours came home at 5 pounds also. They were in isoletes that provided pure oxygen which we've learned later can cause damage. When they came home we would have to wake them to feed them on a 3 hour schedule. Today our D32 was the club champion in golf and S31 is in the special forces. A far cry from teetering on the brink of death.
