Hello David,
What I signed was a transfer form printed off of AQHA's web site. The horse info just needs to be filled in. AQHA does not have forms for transfers that are preprinted with the horse information.
I was told in August, morning of, that B was coming to see what needed done to the house before putting it on the market. I did not understand she was coming to list the house at that time. She wrote up a list that needed done on the outside. I got an estimate on the painting that I sent to you and didn't hear back on. She gave us an appraisal on the house at that time.
I don't remember us discussing B being in the house since the one time in August, or your asking or talking with me about putting the house on the market.
During B's trip to the house in December you and I did not discuss the house. When we left you said, "talk to you later". We both needed to get back to work and I assumed when you said that you meant we would discuss what she said needed done and what we wanted to do to the house to get it ready to list. I have not received any contact from you regarding either listing the house or discussing what Beth said needed done.
I asked about your buying me out of PK and received an e-mail from you which I responded too at least a couple of times. I did not receive a response, so assumed you weren't interested. Are you? That would be my preference because of the emotional attachment I still have to PK.
