I hafta admit...I have done the bj thing while driving...well ok not while driving exactly, while I was the passenger (geesh what a mental image that would have been.) Anyway...for me it depends upon who my partner was at the time. In my experience some men are able to maintain while driving....others simply cannot.
There's not much chance I would attempt to do that with my current H, he's too squirmy and it would rattle him too much. With him...there'd definitely be a safety issue with the possibility of crunched metal as a result.
