1) I have to continue to get to my target weight, losing a mere, but difficult to shift, 8 kilos.
2) I will do my morning exercises come what may, five days a week.
3) I will keep to my diet of moderation and no meal in the evening, bar fruit. I find it works for me, I just fall off the wagon when there are social occasions and then stay off for a while...
4) I will go jogging or swimming twice a week.
This is all linked to my need for self-love and self-care. I can feel myself slipping into frumpy middle-aged mode if I am not careful. I haven't felt too sexy in a while, except for a short bit last summer while on holiday. But I have been feeling good about myself so far this month after last month's depression. So I think it is time to take the bull by the horns and spruce up. Plus, spring is nearly sprung!
Improve my local language skills considerably - I need to be able to describe myself as having basic fluency by the end of the year.
1) I have just joined a BB to talk about questions and share ideas between English and the local language, so that should be a boost.
2) I don't watch any TV, so I will force myself to watch the News at the very least on local TV, two or three times a week, maybe every evening if I can get around to it.
3) I will sit down once a week for an hour and do some grammar study.
4) I will buy a notebook to make notes about words and phrases I have heard during the day that I need to look up or clarify. This is something I have been thinking about doing for ages, but haven't.
Well, that's a start!
