You signed a photocopy of a transfer form without the horse information on it. You haven't left the registration papers for either horse. AQHA is saying that what you left is pretty much worthless.
My plans for the house haven't changed. We're selling the house. We have discussed it multiple times. I'm still waiting for you to agree to put the house on the market. The divorce decree stated the house was to be put on the market immediately. I tried to have Beth Wardlaw there in August to appraise the house and get it listed for sale. You refused to allow her into the house until December. Even then, you refused to put the house on the market.
Not ONCE has he contacted me about anything regarding the house so I HAVE no idea how I have refused anything.

What are the steps in between where we are now and the house being sold? All I have ever heard you say is we are selling the house. I have not been party to any discussion on getting this accomplished.
When have I refused to put the house on the market? I'm not aware that you have ever asked me about it or discussed the lists that Beth gave us both times she was at the house.
I was told in August, morning of, that Beth was coming to see what needed done to put the house on the market, not that she was coming to list the house. She gave us a list for the outside that needed done and I got an estimate on the painting. I sent you the information on that estimate and never heard anything back from you on it. She did give us an appraisal on the house at that time.
When have you asked me since the one time in August when I was in the middle of moving to have Beth in the house?
During Beth's trip to the house in December you and I did not talk at all about the house. When we left, your final words were, I'll talk to you later. We both needed to get back to work and I assumed when you said that you meant we would discuss what she said needed done and what we wanted to do to the house to get it ready to list. I have not received any contact from you on either listing the house or discussing what Beth said needed done to list the house since we were there in December.
I mentioned your buying me out of PK and received one e-mail from you. I responded at least a couple of times and never received any response from you so assumed you weren't interested. Are you?
The house was to be got ready to sell, crap removed from it and put on the market in the divorce decree. So I would say you are not abiding by the divorce decree. The divorce decree also states I get Frostbyte and you are currently holding his papers and refusing to sign them.
