Hopefully your C will get you thru and past the whole J thing...I can vouch that a lot of those feelings do dissipate with time. I have had the misfortune to run into the OW a couple of times here lately. Other than annoyance with H and the fake,stupid way he acknowledges her presence...I really don't feel anything in the anger department like i did. I suppose it helps some that she isn't one of those people who is aging very well
