You're absolutely right psluke. That's especially important now that I gave up all hope. I just really don't want to cause him any more pain - regardless of my limited understanding of the hurt he is going through I do know what part I plaid in causing it- and if there is a possibility of saving the frienship without making it painful for me (or him for that matter) I do want it.
