Oh, Pam....Why tonight? CJ's picking up burgers after work. ..although I do have left over stuffed double-baked potatoes and carrot sticks to go with it.

Tomorrow it's to be lemon grilled chicken with herb risotto and fresh green beans. Likely a nice white to go with it. we tried a nice Chardonay blend the other night.

Oh great, now my stomach is growling!

Later!!

Can't have gourmet meals every night.

Need some input on a letter to send to the A that handled my d.

Dear Susan,

I decided to write you as we never seem to connect on the phone.

I have received two bills from your office for handling my divorce since it has been final.

When we met at the court house and were discussing the settlement you asked what I had paid you and said I wouldn't owe you anything else. Therefore, I agreed not to ask David to pay my attorney fees. I certainly would not have done that had I expected to receive a bill after the divorce was final.

Of the attorneys that I spoke with I was told David would have to pay my attorney fees or at least most of them as his income is so much higher than mine.

Could you tell me why the change after the settlement agreement and what options I now have as I can't afford this bill?

Sincerely,
Pam Lukenbill

or leave this part out and see what she comes back with?

and what options I now have as I can't afford this bill?

Or any other ideas at all? I would like to get this resolved. I hate junk from the d still hanging around and want it all taken care of as soon as possible.

Pam, not an expert on this but I will ask a friend of mine that is. How soon do you need an answer?

Hi Crushed,

No timeline. Preferably want to send something to her before she sends me another bill but at least by the end of this month would like to send her something.

I printed the letter out and will talk to my friend that's in mediations, arbitrations and dispute resolution. I know it might differ by state but at least I'll get her point of view. How are you doing today Pam? Loved your goals - I'm definitelly plowing away at mine. I called up the adult education place near me and they will be coming out with the new schedule by the end of the month - I'll sign up for French then.

Did you have a chance to check out my morning post? talk about drama!

Thanks a lot Crushed. Really appreciate it.

I saw your post. Lots of drama!!!! Wasn't sure exactly what to make of it.
