I guess I'm a worst-case type here: 1. 2 weeks, give or take 2. 4 weeks if I remember correctly. 3. Pain NEVER went away. I got 10% disability for it, when I retired from the USAF. Usually, on a 1 to 10 scale I register a 2. After sex it's a 7-8. 4. The doc never gave me enough local in the left side, so I finally said just get it done already. I think he put in almost 10 times the 'normal' amount of pain killer, I still felt everything. Was purple and swollen for weeks. Would NEVER consider a reversal. There was a guy there, going for V number 2 - got a V, reversed it, then decided to get another V. Crazy.
