1. When did that general blunt soreness go away?

2. When could you make bouncy movements without feeling it?

2. When did you get beck to sex (probably a bad question here)?

3. Any problems or pain since?

4. Everyone told me it would be a simple, relatively painless procedure but despite a sedative shot and local anesthetic, I felt like I was undergoing a 20 minute torture with a slew of profanity resonating through the halls of the urologist's office.

Had mine done about 2 years ago.

1. Never really had any soreness.

2(a). Within 2 days was back to doing everyday things.

2(b). ummm, can't remember....that tell ya something? But, I suppose we could have had sex within a week or so. Of course they tell you to abstain until the sperm count is verified. Main thing is to not tear the stitches.

3. No problems whatsoever.

4. Mine was done in about 15 minutes with a local anesthetic and swallow of Lortab about an hour before the procedure. Never felt a thing. As a matter of fact, I never even had to use any pain killers at all. So, either my Urologist was just really really good, or your's wasn't. Doesn't sound like your Urologist was very good, but nothing to do about it now. It's not like you can say "next time I have a vasectomy, I'm going to......"

Since you say it was last week, I'm sure the stitches are probably healed, but just make sure you keep the area clean and infection free if the stitches are not healed yet. I've heard horror stories about that.
