I read an article one time about the relationship between TV and declining libido levels.
Basically it said that prior to TV, there was little else for couples to do to while away the evening hours.

I think there are obviously MANY other factors to take into consideration but it was interesting.

We briefly had a TV in our bedroom but you all know how my husband loves his sleep...it didn't last long! We rarely watch the television in our living room anyway. We will check out a movie from the library and watch it over 3 or 4 nights. I can't watch TV for more than 45 min to an hour and he has developed this preference, as well. (isn't it funny how we influence each other in marriage, even when not trying to?)
We never watch prime time tv, ever. I suppose when our kids get older we may go back to watching it occasionally as we did prior to them, but I don't see us ever being a big tv watching family. I'd rather play cards or a board game or read or take a bath. Hell, I'd rather exercise than watch tv.

Hairy,
You sound great! Continue to fortify yourself and repeat those mantras in your head until they become who you are. Then give it to her, double barrel.
