Got a letter from J's insurance company and called my A's office about it. They said fax it over and he would call and talk with them.

What he found out was the repairs were around $3800.00 and she had a rental from 11/22 through 12/2 that they didn't have the bill on yet so don't have the final total. How nice her van went in the shop over the holiday so parts probably didn't get shipped or her van worked on. My now suspicious nature regarding her wonders if she timed it that way to have the rental for the longest possible time frame to run the bill up. My A said that repair bill was higher than he expected. I said I had no doubts that she would find the most expensive place she could to have the repairs done.

I called my A's office Friday but he didn't call back. His son said the insurance company had called and wanted to know if I or my insurance were taking care of the bill. I asked why does it matter? No idea yet. Planning to call A's office again today.

As of 12/06 the Prosecutors office still didn't have the report on the accident at PK. So still no idea what will happen on that front.

Also still no idea if J will try to sue for any sort of medical. She told the officer at the scene that no one was injured. Hopefully she will drop it.
