WARNING. There is the very real risk that these movies will do nothing for your storm phobia but have the intended effect upon MRS.Nop due to the fact that they star Richard Gere and Mel Gibson at the absolute peak of their appeal.

I like it when MrsNOP is turned on :-)

In all seriousness, I don't think it is a phobia, as much as it is an appreciation for the power of nature. I have been in several tornados and seen many more. As a pilot, I have had the dreaded direct encounter with 3 thunderstorms.

Until you have been in an aircraft as pilot, with little to no control over the aircraft regardless of control input, all this while on instruments and rolling 360 degrees (yes that includes upside down), you have not really enjoyed the power of a storm.

Until you have seen an approaching tornado, run for cover at the last second, only to stick your head out 20 seconds later and find one end of your house gone, you have not experienced a good storm :-)

I don't think I have a storm phobia, maybe it is just that I am scared that God really will want me dead by storm one day instead of all the "shots across the bow" :-)

So, you are wrong about the thrills and me, Jenny, if you like to live dangerously, then I would be your man :-)

I will ferret out an affair at any opportunity.

-An affair is the embodiment of entitlement, fueled by resentment and lack of respect.
-An infidel will remain unreachable so long as their sense of entitlement exceeds their ability to reason.
